Dr. Michael Farquharson

Dr. Michael FarquharsonDr. Farquharson is currently a Professor with the Department of Medical Physics and Applied Radiation Sciences Tandem Accelerator Laboratory McMaster University. Prior to joining the faculty he was a Lecturer and Professor of Radiological Physics at City University, Department of Radiography, City Community and Health Sciences, City University, Northampton Square, London.

Dr. Farquharson was educated at: Greenwich University, London (July 1998) where he received his Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCE - HE), Ealing Tertiary College, London (July 1997) Further Education and Adult Teaching Certificate (FEATC), University College London, Department of Medical Physics, PhD in Instrumentation, the title of his thesis: Characterizations of bone tissue using coherently scattered x-ray photons. Date of completion: September 1996.
